Manager Melvin Murphy has the best customer service I've seen in quite sometime. He is kind, polite, knowledgeable, and worked tirelessly while I was looking to replace a battery. He was able to help 3 people at one time and made me still feel like he was there to help me only. Someone needs to have this gentleman train your incoming employees. There is not much pleasure when your heading to an auto parts store needing to fix something but Melvin made it worth while! Thanks for what you do Melvin!
A long read but very important! 1. I went into this location after checking on Autozone.com for a part at this location, for $48 another worker said the part wasn't there and it was listed for $168. I was surprised the worker said "Yeah that's why it's better to order online" I thought that was strange because when I checked at home the price for the part was around $70 and available at location. O stars if I could. The WORST customer service ever. Never have I had to wait 10 minutes being the only customer in the whole store they just stayed on their cell phones looking at me and didn’t even say someone will be with you. They just were on their cell phones while the manager is talking about being on discord app to his friend on the phone. Very unprofessional I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Very childish and unprofessional location. I will be reaching out to corporate
