Melvin tested my battery and replaced it. Awesome customer service very knowledgeable.
The people who work in here they have zero star customer service. They are busy chatting with other when you ask for help they keep you waited.
Store Manager Melvin actually walked with me across the street to charge my battery so i could get it home. I appreciate this man very much he has knowledge on Car electronic problems and is patient and willing to go out of his way to help someone who is down. Thank You Auto Zone Team!
