Manager Melvin Murphy provided the kind of customer care you never find anymore! He replaced my headlight bulb and air filter and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to help me out. Such a nice person! 5 stars!
While traveling north to see my sister, I noticed that my wipers were not in the best shape and I had some trouble seeing. I googled the nearest AutoZone and this is the one that popped up. It was around 6:30 Friday evening. I let the female employe know what I needed and that I would like some help putting them on. I also asked if I could use the restroom after my purchase. I see why places like this are going out of business and rightfully so. Horrible customer service. Rude. One guy on a personal call the whole time. The guy I tried talking to had no idea what he was doing. The people working at these places are literally there because it’s a job. Not because they have a passion for what the business is. Sad. And this is like my 3rd time shopping there with the same experience.
Told them that my car was having an engine misfire but it was intermittent. The employee checked the car with the scanner and swore that because there no codes that there was no issues. Told them that the car wasn’t going to throw a code because it was intermittent but they did not provide any suggestions on what it could be causing the issue.
