Exceptional Service from Representative Jerry B! Jerry B was absolutely amazing! On a scorching day with temps over 100°, he went above and beyond to help me figure out which refrigerant my car’s AC needed. Just when I thought I was good to go, my car wouldn’t start! Called the store and spoke to Gerry Bonachita. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find the right part and saved me a lot of time. I’d definitely recommend this store to anybody.
I recently visited an AutoZone store to purchase an air freshener. During my visit, I asked a female employee if there was a restroom available. She kindly informed me that it was located on the right side, and I proceeded there after completing my purchase. However, as I headed to the restroom, another employee abruptly yelled at me, saying, "Hey man, next time ask us before using the restroom."
