Big shoutout to Eric at AutoZone! I walked in with a tire issue and honestly had no idea what to do or even what questions to ask. Eric was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. He didn’t let me leave until we found a solution to my problem, and I truly appreciated that level of customer service. If you ever need help with your car, go see your boy Eric! He’s there every day except Wednesday. Thank you once again, Eric!! You really went above and beyond

I got the part I needed
I had been told by AAA that my battery needed replacing etc. so came to this Autozone and Erick the manager was so nice and helpful. Even told me my battery was fine it was just a $16.00 fitting that needed replacement, then even helped putting it on. He probably lost money to be honest with me yet gained a lifelong customer and recommendations to friends.
