Came to this AutoZone to help a friend with her batteries. Derek helped us out. Let me just say it’s rare to find somebody with customer service like this gentleman. He was extremely well mannered, polite, and helpful. He even lent me a couple wire brushes to clean the battery terminals. Really refreshing to go to an auto parts store and be treated with such respect and attention.

We had some issues returning some items purchased and store manager Eric went above and beyond to help us out with our requests and even helped us merge all of our accounts. He is very professional and had great customer service. Staff like this deserves to be recognized!
