I called Autozone a bit upset my car needed a jump after sitting for a week and inquired about new battery options. A very nice, helpful lady told me to come in, they would check it and if I needed a battery, they could replace it she was very calming!! And incredibly helpful, when I got there thinking I had to get a new battery and oh my goodness ?!?! Then Jose to the rescue! He checked it, alternator and starter and everything was OK. My husband and I need some windshield wipers and we were assisted from Hannah and Jamie. Both were really nice, knowledgeable and helped us get the wipers we needed for our cars.
We had unexpected car issues over Valentine’s Day weekend and ended up being towed to Paso Robles. We stopped at auto zone to get the car parts we needed, and one of the employees, Hannah, made a stressful experience so much smoother. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Hannah, we are so grateful, and we highly recommend this autozone if you need help!
