Went today around 630pm on 08/08/26 to buy coolant n the young lady tried to help me n when she screamed across to the older lady at the register about it, she yelled back, if it doesn't say on there, LET HER PIC WHICH EVER ONE SHE WANTS!! SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL N RUDE! Will never go here again, id rather go to O'Reilly!!!!
Great Customer Service, manager and staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, helping out lots of customers and taking good care of what they need. Will definitely come back to shop for parts.
I had a great experience at AutoZone! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away, which made me feel welcome from the start. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. Bought sunshade from Autozone in May. By July it was broken from basic use. It began cutting up my car and my hands from its sharp broken metal parts sticking out. I go in July to return the broken item. They give me half of what I payed for it for store credit. My proof of purchase was the card I used and a bank statement showing when and where I bought it and for how much. I ask to keep the broken item. They refuse to let me keep the broken item.
