I was late for 2 minutes. I know it is work schedule, but I called on my way that it is urgent situation. That’s just zero humanity. The short guy and a chubby dude was still there standing and laughing to my face. It is obvious that they were waiting in front of the door for the guy they didn’t wanna help
Great service
Horrible customer service by store manager. Poor communication, rude and walks off in middle of conversation. Been to this store multiple times. And this interaction is the reason they will no longer have my business.
