I want to thank Edward and Evan. Edward and Evan went out of their way to help me late at night. Edward was very helpful and understanding of my situation. It's nice to know that when you're stranded late at night near this AutoZone you can count on their help.

Had to go here because they were the only store that had the part I need. This was a reminder why I don't go to VatoZone. Seriously waited 30 minutes in line. I was the ONLY one in line. Had a part stub and everything. Phones were ringing off the hook the whole time I was there. People who got in line after me, just up and left! I'll take my business elsewhere, as usual!

Trying to purchase a part and unfortunately nobody answers the phone OR the number is a non working number which is what we were told after about the 15th ring. I don't know, but c'mon Auto Zone you can do better than this.

No sense of urgency from the employees , 25 minute wait phones ringing off the wall and no one answers them. Told one of the red shirts why can't they answer the phones he told me you answer them . So I did answered 2 calls looked up the part the customers needed and told them to go elsewhere , where there business is appreciated. Dumbass employees didn't know I knew the freaking system, shut them up pretty quick.
