Worst customer service! We weren’t greeted when we walked in. No eye contact was made. All we needed to do was pick up a part that we already paid for at the Gen McMullen location. One of the managers named Maria was so helpful. She told us we could pay for it there and come to the W commerce location to pick up or get it delivered to the store. Sine we weren’t far we decided to go drive and pick it up. Bad decision! Wish we would’ve have just gotten it delivered instead. Now they are telling us they don’t have the part!!! I... read more
