Very disappointed at this location. A car cover with a 5 year warranty that turned to shreds in less than two, was not accepted as a return because it had been more than 90 days since I purchased it. Bad policy, bad manager. Why don't they honor the warranty and give me my money back?
Can't believe a big name store like this cheats on their warranty policy. We bought a car cover that deteriorated and were told the five year warranty is only valid 90 days. The manager refused to honor the warranty printed in large letters on their own brand of items. Won't ever use AutoZone again. What a shame to lose loyal customers with such underhanded tactics.
