Store manager wouldn’t help me swap out my battery. It was a warranty replacement. I’m using a walker, fighting cancer and he wouldn’t take the time to swap out my battery which a previous employee swapped out without hesitation. Maybe he didn’t want to get his hands dirty before lunch, or it just looked too complicated for him. This store has a high employee turnover rate and he’ll probably be gone soon anyway. Dan O jumped right in to do a scan because my check engine light came on he did a great job gave me the paperwork to look at and gave me the information and price. I will be coming back
Antonio helped me out with a weird bulb and stuck with me as I pulled up more info on the phone, appreciated it very much. Also whenever we order parts to collision pros they are here within minutes, with friendly and helpful drivers
