I want to sincerely thank Cecil at the AutoZone on 7th Street. When the security guard from H-E-B, Tyrian, asked whether someone could help me, Cecil came over to HEB parking lot and try to change ny flattened tire. Although the problem ultimately couldn’t be resolved, I truly appreciated his kindness, patience, and willingness to help.
I brought my sister's car to get a replacement battery, the manager Lilian was super helpful and nonweldable. She helped replace the battery and provided good recommendations. I will definitely be shopping for auto parts at this location again. :)
Had the best and easiest experience today at this location with Michael! From the moment I walked in he was attentive and quick to offer help. Within minutes I had a solution to my dead battery and a new battery installed. I could tell Michael was great at what he does and goes above and beyond. Definitely recommend this place!

Liliana, the store manager, is an angel and changed my battery for me in the heat and was so kind to let me take my groceries inside the store so they wouldn’t go bad while she helped. Jesse was also incredible in trying to reset my battery even when his shift had ended. Both so kind, warm and empathetic after the ordeal of my car dying in traffic. I can’t recommend coming to this location enough. Thank you, both!!
