When to return a loaner tool and the employee that helped me was rude and seemed like he was mad at the world. Did not get his name but he was a black man with long braids, around 40 years old. He asked me what phone number I used for the warranty. I said "what phone number"? With a sharp tone, he said, Sir " you had to use a phone number". Thank God for this AutoZone Always the best prices and professional advice. Also Mobil techs outside to help me install any part. What a blessing! Fantastic...Riverside is the best. The mobile mechanics save me 80% over any shop! Daniella, an employee, offered me a chair after seeing me on crutches in line. She also carried the battery out to my car.. Such awesome service, not many businesses have done this for me. 5 stars and above and beyond for Riverside's Autozone. Again!

Have to be honest....most of the time I don't mess with AutoZone cuz the people just don't seem to ....be sensitive to personal issues..I mean mechanic or not we still come looking for assistance most of the time. I went to several stores including the one I purchased the part from and they refused to help me ...mind you I am a mechanic and have been employed with large commercial accounts for over 18 years ..
