This location is a not well run
I come in to get a part. You can hear them cursing in the back room. The manager comes out because the boy upfront asked for help he some of them don’t even have experience to be on the computer looking for parts. I had to go to AutoZone on seventh Street. He helped me out find apart at the capital on Cameron Road and there was so nice there compared to the one on Riverside. they act like it was a gangster party in there. I will never send anybody there to get parts at that location until you find new management and coworker... read more
customer service was excellent and quick. Jonathan helped us replace our battery in no time with no hassle
Company need to know about this place one of the supervisor are not well trained she act like gangster screaming at the customer no customer service she act like she wanna fight with customer agressive toobi forgot her name sounds like patrecia long hair with tattoo on face but rest of the team are amazing
I hate coming to this AutoZone but it’s right next to my house . U rather drive a couple of miles if you’re willing to wait 20 + min . Guy with a weird hat and glasses tall dude .really slow !!! Having a hand in one pocket and typing with one finger (slowly) was so aggravating
