Customer service above and beyond by associate named Zayden. He has helped me twice, and one of them stood in the rain (ok light sprinkling, but still) testing my battery. Never acted bothered or rushed, completely engaged and extremely helpful. I felt dignified through his service, which is hard to find these days. Give him a raise! I recommend this AutoZone location 100% due to Zaydens service.
The manager Aaron was very kind and helpful. He explained what could be causing my battery to die. He was patient with me when I had to call my dad and make sure it was ok to buy a new part. He answered any questions I had and his customer service was amazing definitely recommend getting help from him!!
The store manager Tellez was very professional has a lot of knowledge on his job, he gave 100% great customer service.
