Great customer service, walked with a dead battery and service tech told me it was an O'Reilly Auto Parts battery that was only 18momths old and recommended I take it to them since it should have a warranty. We were both wrong. AUTOZONE is the only parts store I will ever use
En este establecimiento tuve una mala experiencia, no hay nadie que hable español, además adquirí un gato hidráulico que tenía una etiqueta con descuento de 15 dólares de su precio original, al final no me respetaron el precio y me cobraron lo que quisieron, mala atención , personal sin ganas de atender y sentí discriminación por no hablar inglés, aclaro intenté traducción con el teléfono, pero quien me atendió era malumorado.
