So disappointed with the manager Juan. Trying to push on most expensive parts and trying to add unnecessary parts. No sense of customer service at all. Went to Napa and was way better price and service
Earlier today my windshield wipers needed a desperate replacement. Upon stopping by this Auto Zone location the staff took care of me right away and Jerry didn’t hesitate to change my windshield wipers under the rain!! Thank you and I appreciate you guys very much!!
Whoever operated the register tonight clearly was in a bad mood. Asked if he could check and see if an item was in the back since it said it was in stock online and the aisle spot was empty. He just responds "no". You didnt even ask for the sku to check the POS system.
