This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with AutoZone, and after this I will no longer be shopping at any other AutoZone. On June 13, I went into the store to order both an upstream and downstream oxygen sensor for my Scion xB. I specifically asked the employee for both sensors to be Denso brand. The parts had to be ordered from another store, I paid, and left. When I picked up the order a few days later, I discovered one sensor was Denso and the other was Bosch. Grey shirt managers are worthless here and belittle the red shirts.
So disappointed with the manager Juan. Trying to push on most expensive parts and trying to add unnecessary parts. No sense of customer service at all. Went to Napa and was way better price and service
Earlier today my windshield wipers needed a desperate replacement. Upon stopping by this Auto Zone location the staff took care of me right away and Jerry didn’t hesitate to change my windshield wipers under the rain!! Thank you and I appreciate you guys very much!!
