Customer service is terrible. On Dec 26. I noticed an elderly couple struggling to a install a battery they had just purchased at this store. They were directly in front of this store. I assisted them with the installation. When I entered this Auto Zone store there were no other customers. The manager, Roger, a very young guy was horse playing with another young employee.
