Went in to the autozone in walzem, and their service was horrible. Went to get a radiator for my vehicle and was given the wrong one. Now after ordering the new part they were going to give me a 10% discount due to the inconvenience never happened neither. They lack of customer service need to improve.
I went into Auto Zone on Walzem because I had a tail light that was out and Natalie was working the counter and she went above and beyond with her customer service. She changed the light for me and it was pouring down raining and never once did she complain or act as if she didn't want to help me. She was a true blessing and I appreciate all that she did to help me.
