I recently had issues with my car ( alternator ) so I thought but it turned out to be serpentine belt and it all caught me unprepared and had to leave car there in parking lot ,, I spoke with Amanda and I wasn’t expecting the amount of help she gave ! AutoZone will hire anybody It does not matter. I go on this location at 12:30 in the afternoon. There's a guy out there helping a customer so I walk in and I'm thinking man this guy's by himself he must have it tough today as there is no other employee visible in the store. So I go grab my battery and I stand at the register waiting for this guy to come back in and to my surprise a woman comes up to the counter because the phone rings as I'm standing around. I had the engine maintenance light come on, so I drove to AutoZone to have it checked out. They ran a diagnostic checked and found it was a purge valve. They changed it and I was on my way. I think it was a total of 10 minutes! Great job.
