The staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t let my husband borrow tools when he was changing something in their parking lot, when they are supposed to let you borrow tools, it’s the whole point of being able to work on your car outside of autozone. When it even says loan a tool service on their windows.
I went to get some brakes and the Manager Mari gave me poor customer service, my question to you is when did it become about US??? Customer service is serving not being sassy And arrogant WHY?
Walked in and was completely ignored. Employee didn’t greeted me. Looked at me and keep sitting there listening to a pod cast that could be heard throughout the store. Unbelievably unprofessional. Finally another employee came out from the back and helped me.
