I have video of an autozone employee stealing my wallet in uniform in a company car on the clock and the district manager said it’s not his problem
Like the service. Helped me diagnose 2 battery issues over the past year and installed a new bulb for free. For less than $9 and 15 minutes I was ready to go again. Thanks!
Apparently service is starting to suck here. I stood there a while with 3 employees never bothered to ask if I needed help. I also watched 2 sit there & help 1 customer. I guess if you ask the question, how many Auto Zone employees does it take to turn a light bulb, you won't get your answer here because no matter how many you throw out there, they won't be able to turn that light bulb.
I want to give a big thank you to Scott and Ron of the Jacksonville location. Y'all did a great job helping me diagnose and fix my issues with my chevy silverado. Thanks again you're really know your stuff!
