We came in for a simple battery test and replacement. I'm not quite sure whom all of the positive reviews are for, but the customer experience we had was terrible. I've only left 1 or so reviews, but this I had to do. About 3 words from the guy, he just pointed at screens. He seemed to want to chat more with his co-worker, could've cared less to be there. Sarah at AutoZone was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and never once made me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars.
