RecommendedWent in after work for battery check... still under warranty so they swapped it out. Paul V who normally works at New Braunfels store helped me. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. He installed the battery and also wiper blades I bought. After a stressful day...it was a very pleasant experience. Kudos to Paul.
Jordan Goldstein Their Dura Last 2 year battery is way over priced. Had to buy one there last evening had no other choice. They said their battery is the lowest price in town. Now remember this is their house brand and not a major national brand. Paid $159.95 plus tax. Checked Walmart this morning and their equivalent battery was $89.95 plus tax. What a rip off. Go anywhere else like NAPA for your parts. Auto Zone parts are not real high quality anyway
Came in at the last minute and Maurice was kind enough to check my battery and replace it with a new one, even though they were about to close. Thank you Maurice for taking the time to help me out, I greatly appreciate it.
The managers were super supporter and let our young ladies have a Carwash to raise money to attend a National NCAA tournament @Cibolo Lady Nation Basketball
I normally have awesome service here, but I came across an employee who didn't want to do his job. I came in because my car battery was going out & when he saw he was going to have to get his hands dirty pushed me to the side & helped other customers. I asked him if he was going to help me & he gave me a very bad attitude. I ended up going to Oreilys instead.
I always, and I mean ALWAYS get amazing service when I am here. I have been coming to this Auto Zone in Schertz for a few years now and no matter who tends to me, I get remarkable service. For example, any time I buy a part for small mechanical replacements- they replace/install it with no questions asked. As a young female, with no experience with cars, this makes things so much easier. Great jobs, guys! Keep up the awesome service.
So much for the "Customer is always right" saying! I had a price comparison between a tire cleaner made by black magic tire wet foam between HEB and Autozone I even presented a picture of the product to the manager he questioned me about it as well as another employee. HEB price is $3.95 Auto Zones price is $6.29 and the manager still gave me a problem with it. So because of a $2.34 difference autozone will not get any of my future business!
