I was driving from Houston to Fredericksburg when I started hearing a noise coming from my passenger wheel. I exited in Columbus and got to the HEB parking lot. I recently ordered some running boards for my truck at Auto Zone. Mark found what I needed and initiated the order. Shannon completed the order and Dawson, received the order soon after and brought it to my vehicle. The running boards were in a big heavy box. He even helped me strap it down...in the rain! I came in during a slow time. I was welcomed upon entering and asked if they could help, directed to the product choices and told of a current promotion. All this is what you'd expect from a decent parts store. What pleasantly surprised me was they, despite the rainy weather came out and installed it. Only took them 2 minutes but it was greatly appreciated.
