terrible service I went to this store on 5/4/07. I went up to several employees to try to get a bulb, and when I made eye contact with 2 employees (1 was the manager), the manager looked away & didn't say a word to me. The two of them were helping one customer, but after several minutes, I walked out & I bought my part at O'Reilly's in Hurst. I did get help quickly there.
Happy Customer I buy most of my auto parts at this Autozone and I take my used motor oil there also. The employees are always helpful and leave me alone when I just want to browse. This store also keeps record of my parts and warranties so I don't have to bring back receipts to collect on warranty items.
fair prices, excellent service If you're looking for a kid mirror or a replacement mirror for your car, they'll have both in the same aisle - and their staff will help you find it if you can't. Installation help for little stuff often comes free. Great customer service.
