I went in for a new battery and headlights and Klarizza assisted me. She was so helpful and even assisted me with replacing. I have no idea about any of that stuff so she really came to my rescue.
I drive for a living and had alternator problems going back to laf, la. Stopped at this auto zone and Ms. Amy got me connected to a mechanic 2 minutes away. They had me back on the road in 40 minutes. Amy was God sent for me and so was the mechanic. Being a single woman on the road 12 hours from home was scarey until Ms Amy blessed me with so much peace to drive home. God bless this most attentive worker.
They helped me and was very nice and polite
Ethan was Awesome and super helpful. Helped me test my battery and charging system. And no i didn’t write this review just because we have the same name 😂
