Exceptional service. I had a part that was defective and i had issues returning the part since i was out of town. Regardless, the gentleman at this store location worked with me, making this a much smoother process.
The attendant, Jay was extremely helpful, and made sure I got everything I needed. I will always come to this store for my car needs.
MrJay showed me how to use the product and all. He gave great customer service. He gets 100 percent. I will be back!
Phillip was amazing, he helped me with my battery choices, explaining each model and which would fit my needs. Then had it replaced in what felt like seconds. Taresa, was also amazing helping me and what a wonderful thing to see a boss lady running the hell out of an auto parts store. Took our Kia here for a new battery, which they had in store. Jay helped us install it on the spot. What a guy! Very helpful and friendly. Would not have been able to do it without him. So glad we came here.
