I came in looking for a socket for the power steering hose, but the module was really hard to get out of the old hose. The team helped me right away, and without any hesitation they suggested I get the other hose and even did it for me. They helped me a lot, especially since I had been trying for hours. I’m very thankful for this AutoZone and the great service!

Lilibeth Barroso the store manager racially profiled, followed, attempted to intimidate a paying customer. She refused to help him when he asked for assistance all because he had on dark colored clothing a backpack because he was walking and a hoodie. Is this how autozone treats customers of color? Is this what we should expect in 2025? Even when he told her to not be racist she verbally expressed with a smirk no. Please all persons of color visit anywhere but here unless you want to be profiled.
