Lilibeth Barroso the store manager racially profiled, followed, attempted to intimidate a paying customer. She refused to help him when he asked for assistance all because he had on dark colored clothing a backpack because he was walking and a hoodie. Is this how autozone treats customers of color? Is this what we should expect in 2025? Even when he told her to not be racist she verbally expressed with a smirk no. Please all persons of color visit anywhere but here unless you want to be profiled.
Came in for a battery and honestly, these guys took care of me. They tested the old one, helped me find the right replacement, and even installed it on the spot, no extra charge. Super smooth experience, in and out without any stress. That’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back. Shoutout to the team for making it easy.
