I came in on Thursday and I had amazing service from Jasmine.
Mike the manager sat there and twiddle his thumbs while the other workers were helping customers and let us sit there and wait until one of the other employees were available to help us instead of helping us himself. Waited 20 mins
Felt scammed and disappointed. Duralast batteries are exclusive to Autozone. Today I took in my Duralast battery I purchased 10/2024 from this very store, that had a 3-year warranty. Took it in to get swapped because it was not holding a charge. They claimed they could not find any record of it under my phone number, and was told that maybe the employee that did work there didn’t “scan it into the system for record”. As a result, I had to shell out $110* for the cheapest battery I could get, and lost $220* on the old battery... read more
My Battery died at Coastal carwash today. So I went over to Auto-Zone next-door and Anthony came right over and went out of his way to help. We could not move the car so he determined my battery was dead and carried a new over and installed it! It was under warranty fortunately so I didn't pay a dime. Thank you Anthony and Auto Zone!
