Poor customer service. I asked to check battery so he came out and checked…said it’s bad and walked away. As he walked away I ask if they will replace it and they said not now because it’s raining. Barely a drizzle, in fact it was not raining but just stopped. I could not imagine treating my customers this way…I’ll go to O’Reillys if you all don’t want the business. Do better AutoZone

Great auto shop with friendly folks. Had issues with my battery, and they got it all taken care of within about 20 minutes. Big shoutout to Stanley for helping me out!!
Just came into auto zone & Marisol immediately took care of me, got me in & out within 5 minutes! I just want to publicly thank her for blessing me today! She is the best. I’ve never encountered an experience like the one I had with her today. She is a truly a wonderful person.
Allison was so helpful on the phone! Checked on a part for me but it wasn’t in stock but then went the extra mile to find it in a nearby store. Absolute rockstar!
