I would like to share feedback regarding Jason’s customer service. During my recent visit, I waited in line for several minutes while he was not actively assisting any customers. When service resumed, he assisted the customer behind me before acknowledging me, which I found frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, his attitude throughout the interaction did not reflect the level of customer service I would expect.
