Mike was very nice I want to get fix a flat but it was for a sedan I need it fix a flat for a truck but now I know you can't use Fix-A-Flat on trucks. And I would like a refund
HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I stopped in to buy a quart of oil and transmission fluid, I went outside to fill and couldn't see the dipstick hole to reinsert the transmission distick. Went inside to ask for help or a flashlight, I was told employees were too busy to help, and they had no flashlight to loan, I ended up buying one after the manager in the grey shirt told me the above statement 🤔. Worked here for 10 years could use more knowledgeable salesman
Do NOT go to this Autozone if you need technical advise or a simple battery installed. I was told they could not install my battery because they did not know how to use a computer reset. (Turns out it was not needed to install battery So they called the Palatka Autozone and they said they had the reset computer and they could install it. So after having to jumpstart my car, I drove to the Palatka Autozone. I get there and they told me they have the reset computer but they don’t know how to use it.
