John went above and beyond to ensure that my car got fixed and receive the part that I needed to fix it. He drove to another location to make sure that I was all taken care of. World class customer service
Horrible service. If you don’t speak Spanish they will not serve you. Let people cut in line when you have been waiting. Ordered part on line paid for it , was waiting in line and the representative let someone who was trying to buy a self check that did not work, let him cut in line instead of going to the back of line like he should have. Will report poor service to corporate.

Normally, I like autozone, and will only go to autozone for my auto car needs, but the staff here really sucks. They really don't know too much about cars and would rather sell you a new part than look at your car.Just kind of narrow down with the problem is. They actually made me feel bad about working on my car.And told me to take it to a shop. And i've been working on my car since I was sixteen years old.
