5 stars!! ⭐ John Bennett was excellent! He provided the best customer service. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful about all my inquiries. I was able to find the right headlights for my vehicle which was my original reason for going but he heard my engine making a wonky noise and helped me determine the cause + fix it! (I was VERY low on oil and needed a major top off) he helped me find the correct oil as well as put it in the car itself. Saved me from totaling my car! 10/10. Came to get a diagnostic done after my check engine light came on and Debbie made sure everything was taken care of. Bought four new spark plugs and even had someone on hand to put them in for me on a great deal. Excellent service

Really poor customer service. When I walked in, the employees were having a conversation, so I waited patiently for them to finish. Once they were done, one employee simply stared at me without greeting me or asking how they could help. After an awkward silence, the first thing I was asked was, “English or Spanish?” I said English, but the entire interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
