The customer service was great! Jeff helped us make sure the windshield wipers we were buying was correct and took all of 2 minutes to replace our car’s wipers in the parking lot. Thanks for the quick and helpful service!
I had a very upsetting experience at AutoZone involving an employee named Jeff. My fiancé went in to purchase a part and was treated very poorly from the moment he walked in. Jeff’s attitude was dismissive, disrespectful, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. What was most concerning was that it genuinely felt like my fiancé was being racially profiled based on how he was treated compared to others in the store.
