I can’t thank Gary at AutoZone enough for what he did for us early this morning. My car accidentally locked with my pet trapped inside, and Gary went above and beyond to help. He left the store twice and came over to the nearby gas station where my car was parked to assist with unlocking the door. His kindness, urgency, and dedication during a stressful situation were truly appreciated. Outstanding customer service—AutoZone is lucky to have him!
A staff member, Gary , checked my battery and discovered I needed a new one. He then installed the battery for me and I was on my way. Quick and convenient, great customer service! Thanks!
I called yesterday hoping to get my car battery replaced, as my car wouldn’t start and needed to be jumped in the morning. They told me they could not do it in the current weather and could not even say if they could do it the following day. I ended up going to Advance Auto Parts down the street where they installed a new battery in the cold and sleet we were getting in the evening. Autozone is close to my house so I thought I would try them first, but I will not bother next time.
Called to inquire about them swapping out for me a new battery on a 2012 BMW X5. The lack of direct answers and 'reasons' cited made it clear they simply didn't want to do it. Should have just told me that upfront and saved me the time.
