Dont buy tools from AutoZone in this particular store, especially a Pitman arm puller , their exchange/refund policy is a complete scam/ripoff!! And the employees are disrespectful garbage who seem to be on drugs! The pitman arm puller was made of filmsy metal! And they wont exchange it! Didnt care or nothing, the girl was already irritated at how congested the area was of customers and let it show that she was irritated! The big guy there was even more careless!
