Terrible customer service.
No stars if i could do it for this location. They have a shift lead that knows everything(not) a general manager that never even called me back and all I ordered was a small bulb for my tailight. Initially when I went in I ordered the bulb and they put the order under the wrong name. When I went to pick it up, they did say it was under wrong name and sent bulb back. Reordered it this time with the shift lead and they could not find the bulb and then when they found it, it was the wrong bulb. Again, the shiftlead knew everyth... read more

Terrible customer service. I went here to see if they had a 32mm socket. I couldn't find it, so I went to their counter. Don't know the girl's name but I was just brushed off to go wait in an empty line. I stood and waited several minutes while the girl ate cherries, which I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to do.
Agree love this place! This place is so relaxing, people all sympathetic no cross words. Worth the extra trip. Switched from very close one where the guy would yell at me trying to get out of paying for warrantied new one & other things every time. I won every time especially when I called company while standing there who said no extra qualifications necessary by store. Must work on most people.
