I had a really positive experience at this location. The staff was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable when helping me find the right parts for my vehicle. They took the time to answer my questions and even offered helpful advice to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

Hello Dekalb/sycamore area just wanted to let you guys know if you have recently gone to recharge a battery in this location I’d suggest you go somewhere else. I went in to recharge two batteries and they marked them as bad car batteries not sure if they didn’t bother checking them or whatever but they said they were bad…. So I took them else where and somehow they turned out good after all, just don’t want you guys to buy new batteries if not needed you’re welcome!!!
