Matthew W was helpful and efficient with assessing my car’s dead battery and installing a new one. Big help on a Thursday evening right before close! Awesome service and would recommend.
Very nice people are working there.
Amazing experience! My friend’s car battery died after a few hour drive to Champaign and Karl was able to help us out and set up the new battery! Will definitely come back here if I have any troubles!
Karl is an absolute legend. we are from chicago and our car died and we were truly devastated that we were not going to make it home. He clutched up like a freaking superhero and a MIN before closing helped us change the battery completely free of charge and was able to get home. I don’t know why it seems like he doesn’t get the appreciation the other reviews. but he truly is a great man and without him I would not be able to sleep in my bed tonight. God bless Karl
BEST SERVICE CARL HELD THE STORE OPEN TO MAKE SURE I GOT HOME FROM A LONG TRIP!!!! SERIOUSLY HUGE LIFE SAVER BEST AUTO ZONE EVER
