I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Clay. He went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly which tools I needed to remove a jammed valve stem, saving me a lot of time and frustration. On top of that, the tire repair kit I had purchased turned out to be defective, and Clay quickly helped me exchange it for another one so I could get back on the road.
