Went today to pick up a product to improve my gas mileage. Saw 3-4 people behind the counter talking. Wasn't acknowledged, greeted or asked if I needed help. Found a Bogo offer. When I went to pay, still not acknowledged. I said hello and told by a female the young male behind the register, who's back was facing me, would check me out. Scanned my products & receipt given. Not asked if I wanted a bag, just continued their conversation. I will not be going back anytime soon. Will go a little further down the road to O'Reilly.
I wish I could give zero stars! I hate being the one to leave a bad review and I was hesitant however, now I have to after two bad experiences. Let’s start with 9/12: This location is a joke! I stopped by AutoZone on 30th and Sheridan in Zion this morning to have my "Service Engine Soon" light checked. The store opened right on time, which I appreciated, and the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. They quickly connected the diagnostic scanner, explained the results, and answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand.
