The short woman at the front desk straight up lied to our faces and said the scanners weren’t working when we were trying to get our battery checked. But when we said that we were going to BUY a battery from them all of a sudden the scanners started working and her co- worker just helped us out instead. Must have a cranky morning lol
I want to give a big shout out to MacKenzie she’s a manager at west main and she was very kind and very patient with me and helped me through the process of everything I didn’t know. I would highly recommend coming back everybody is friendly and very helpful keep up the good work.
Corporate is hurting their employees and customers at this store. They are understaff and making costly mistakes, they quoted wiper blades for $78 and the same blades were $64 on their website. The only reason I didn’t buy the blades is because despite me being the only one in the store, they refused to install wiper blades which is a free service that’s advertised across all auto zones. I went to another store close-by and got the blades quickly installed for the same price on the website.
