The Clarion locaton was very helpful with my car when I had a check engine light come on driving across I80. Very freindly helpful staff reading the code, loaner tools and parts to try a few basic things and then providing a good place I could park the car until it was towed to someplace that could take the necessary next steps.

Staff was very helpful specially Marcia who went above and beyond to straighten out refund on part... She explained it smoothly to me as I was kind of confused with the core charge and refund... I'll come back to this Auttozone because of how awesome Marcia was ..... My onion it's a 5 star however in everything we do we must keep things always open for room of improvement otherwise we no longer are progressing... Great customer service here.

Horrible staff. They don’t know anything about vehicles and the manager is so rude and disrespectful. Don’t ever go to autozone unless you want stupidity and disrespect instead of parts!
