The employees here are less than properly trained to operate a pen let alone work here. After being told the item I purchased wasn't the item I purchased, they then proceeded to tell me that I can't add a receipt later onto my rewards card if I didn't have it on me. Oddly, I just added it when I got home because I forgot my card. AVOID THIS STORE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE! They are incompetent, rude and have a terrible attitude.
TERRIBLE SERVICE – PARTS ORDERED, WENT TO PICK UP, MOST OF AN HOUR SPENT WAITING ONLY TO FIND OUT SHIPPING STORE DID NOT SHIP AND WOULD NOW HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN ANOTHER DAY.
