The Store manager, Kay is an angel! She made a horrible situation so much easier! She provided the best customer service I've received in years. Take notes from Kay, her customer service extends even AFTER the sale.

they get your hopes up for nothing, they give you false information, they take their time and don’t keep their word. They don’t live up to their word and are great at leading you on. Terrible.
