Suspected battery issue. Purchased in late 2023. Went in and Nicole ran a test on battery and it was bad. Exchanged, expected prorated price but nope..not a dime. This was all done in 10 minutes. Great experience with this store. First time I have ever used a warranty for any type of auto part. I only use AutoZone and just another great experience.
And that is the last time I go to autozone. Don't spend your hard working money here.
Don't waste your time coming to this location. Last week I was sent out with the wrong parts. This week I'm asking me about an alternator and how much it is and the lady tells me " it depends." And then asked me if i wanted the price. No lady. Im asking for fun. Also they are not checking alternators or battery's. The crew isn't foing a good job on laskey.
I was very impressed! I came to this Laskey location and the shop was ran by a female crew. I didn’t think the ladies could put in my battery, but she proved me wrong. The ladies were very attentive and they serviced me well! I will be coming back to this location for any future services.
