I visited the AutoZone store on June 13 at approximately 4:45 PM to pick up an online order. When I arrived, an employee told me the order was not ready, even though it was only oil and was already on the shelf. I picked up the items myself, but the pickup barcode would not scan. Another employee, who I believe was the manager, came over to assist. I explained that I had just placed the order online. She told me I would need to wait about 10 minutes. Marina was amazing she was very helpful very knowledgeable very patient and made sure that we had everything we needed to get the job done we are stranded from out of town in a Range Rover so parts are hard to come by but she went above and beyond

Stopped for engine light on long road trip and despite being the only one working the employee was extremely nice and helpful.

Went in Rchm store today to purchase battery for ATV. Ask Female employee where these batteries were and she said with regular batteries. Did not see and ask her again and she just said look, look, look. Very rude and didn't care if I received help so I said screw it and went to Advance Auto and made purchase after receiving help from their Female employee who was very helpful and respectful. Autozone just lost all of my business because of rude and lazy employee.
