I hate to go into the store. Almost every employee I have encountered are very rude and unhelpful. They are not customer service oriented. They expext the customer to wait while they cary on a conversation with their friends. They busy themselves to avoid helping customers. And it takes forever to do a return. And even with a receipt they treat you like you stole the item(s). I have complained to no avail. This is the worst Autozone store I have ever dealt with.
I wish I could give a higher rating!! Lamar was absolutely wonderful! Answered all my questions about headlights for my car and actually helped install them for me! He went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and I can’t say thank you enough! This dude needs a raise lol
I went to Auto Zone to get refrigerant for my AC. Got helpfrom Gage. He got me the equipment I needed and made recommendations to aid me in charging my system. I ended up having a leak, so it did not work, but the assistance was great! I will return for all my auto needs.
Fantastic staff. Jacob was great and showed me how to do the repair after buying the part.
