Will sell a part that goes bad in 2 weeks then make you buy another one wait for it to come in then refund you in 7-10 business days do just go anywhere else update gave them another chance ordered a part through them paid for shipping part didn’t arrive on time so I cancelled it and got a refund had to wait for a store manager to get the shipping refund now they won’t refund the shipping even though the services were not rendered

Last night, I called twice. First time I called around 730pm, a man answered and put me on hold. That was fine, but I eventually waited 5 minutes and just hung up and decided I would call again later. I call again around 830-845pm, and the same man puts me on hold until 9 (when they close) just so he didn’t have to deal with answering a simple yes or no question. Might as well not answer for the next 2 hours yall are open if yall don’t want to answer simple questions over the phone. Shitty service
I called the regional office to leave a review there too. I came in on a Saturday thinking i was being proactive in my car care without a clue. It was a bad day. I ordered the wrong stuff. Matt helped me with grace and patience. I literally cried in the parling lot from frustration. Came back and got the right part. Hunter and Matt were both super kind and dope. I will definitely be back for any car part need. It was a bad day for me turned around.
Super Manager and Hunter B is very polite and very good customer service. They both are brilliant!!!
