The one on Dacula highway has the rudest staff Manager I have encountered in my recent parts store experience. Im a district manager for a nationwide car repair chain so I've delt with more than my share. She was very rude to her staff and the customers that were in when I stopped by. Save your time and money and go to the one in Lawrenceville or the Advanced auto parts 1 mile away

I just want to give a shout out to Alvin (hope i get the name right) who helped to changed my battery and save me from spending cash I didn't need to. Very professional and empathetic. Visited the store close to closing and he didn't hesitate to help or seems rushed. Went back two days later and purchase a battery from AutoZone because of the help Alvin gave. He is a keepe, great employee...deserve a raise
Jensen and Adil were a great team working together to help solve my problems also walked me through everything I needed to know while replacing my battery all heros dont wear capes😁
