I just wanted to recognize what a great customer service experience I had today with this beautiful kind spirit! I was in a small crisis with my rental vehicle when I drove by the Auto Zone in Dacula and decided to pull in for assistance. I saw a well dressed Amar in his uniform and thought “no, he won’t be willing to assist me”…. I was wrong as two left shoes! Great customer service!! Was in a huge hurry to go to my doctor’s appointment this morning and the car wouldn’t start. Once I got a jump l, it was fine. Knew I needed a new battery. Went to this AutoZone Dacula) and they sold, installed my new battery in 10 minutes. I even made it to my appointment on time! Thank you Amar for being fantastic this morning and saving me from rescheduling!!
Susan at Dacula location was awesome. i needed a battery in my Nissan.Frontier and he came out and changed it within 5 minutes from their location and gave me a receipt. And the truck is running grea. They provided great service and I highly recommend them.
