My mother and I had the worst experience possible with this store. The manager, Christina Coats, refused the warranty on my mothers battery that she purchased. We got a 5 year warranty and less than a year later, we started having issues. We took the car to our longtime mechanic and he proved to us that the battery was in default. The parts manager Elmer was the same way. Refused my mothers warranty, spoke to her like she didn't know what she was saying, and called our mechanic stupid. Never again will I buy from AutoZone.
