My experience at Aurozone Was terrible,l tridente to repuest a refund for a purchase l made,and the manager told me ít had already been processed ,which wasn't true .when l spoke to them ,they acted like they knew nothing about it.l hope that $126 comes in handy for the manager .l Will never Shop there again
Customer service was off the chart. Got everything my granddaughter needed to get her vehicle fixed.
They gave us the wrong parts twice. First was a belt they said should work for our vehicle. It was 2 inches short. The second was a wrong pulley that was 22 buck which all of a sudden becomes 70 buck when they identify the right one. We return the pulley and went to O Reilly down the road. They were more professional and double check it was the right pulley. It was only $30 too. I would not recommend dealing with auto zone. Wasted so much of our time.
