I brought a friends car in for an A/C Recharge and Amanda at the Falls of Neuse AutoZone provided me great customer service by pairing the vehicle with the correct Freon and going the extra mile to show me how to fill it into the A/C lines. 5 star rating for Amanda’s exceptional service.
It's always great to see young people learning to serve. Today, Armand welcomed me into the store and walked me over to the product I was looking for. He also asked about my wipers, as it was starting to storm outside. Well done!
I came in today to get help with some tools, and Carlos was very nice. He was professional and was very helpful. Thank you, Carlos for your amazing customer service
