Came in right at in for a battery replacement at the end of the day and had an excellent experience. Ms. Debby, the manager, was super helpful — she noticed a couple other parts I needed, and offered to fix everything on the spot. Amanda and the rest of the staff was great too, very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the extra effort. Highly recommend this AutoZone — thank you, Ms. Debby!
Went to autozone for a battery, had the tech install it because I didn’t have tools. Painful watching the install, guy dropped screw bits in my bay and refused to get them out. Started hammering the negative terminal back on with the plastic cap still on the terminal and was confused why it didn’t fit until I noticed and pointed it out to him. Drove home with rough idle which was odd. Got home turned off the car and came back out later to run an errand, car wouldn’t start. Had roadside assistance come to try and jump and he ... read more
Moses at Auto Zone on Falls of the Neuse was incredible this morning. He helped me so much with my windshield wiper hose connection. I have rarely experienced such an amazing level of car customer service. Thank you Moses
Amanda at AutoZone went above and beyond for me. My car battery died, and I was so overwhelmed that I started crying. She stayed calm, reassured me, installed my new battery, and even gave me a mechanic's number in case anything else was wrong. Her kindness, compassion, and professionalism turned a really stressful day into one I could get through. AutoZone is lucky to have Amanda, and I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
